I have struggled with snoring for years. Two years ago I had a sleep study done and was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea. My symptoms were fatigue all the time, fuzziness in my brain, unexplained weight gain, lack of focus, and panic attacks at night. I actually attributed all of this to getting older. I was prescribed a C-Pap to wear at night and wore faithfully for a year. Every night I struggled but kept wearing it knowing it was to help with oxygen. The C-pap was not comfortable and would leak air all night long, waking me up, and I would have to adjust the mask. I talked to Dr. Schumacher about this and he explained to me about a device that he offers to help with sleep apnea. I had an impression done and received the device a week later. It resembles a retainer and helps to keep my tongue from blocking my airway. It works!!!! No more c-pap! This device is simple, yet so effective. I am sleeping now and my brain is CLEAR! No more fatigue or fuzziness! Thank you Dr. Schumacher!
