Patient Reviews
Feb 13, 2024
My wife experienced an emotional emergency procedure at UC WC on FEB 9, 2024. This is an overall grade of the experience. I am editing the original post from 1 star to 4 stars because Dr. Hattemer explained to my wife and I in detail her condition and was very professional and apologetic from the miscommunication by everyone involved. Anyone who can take responsibility and be honest about a difficult situation will always receive much respect. Dr. Hattemer remained humbled and performed an additional procedure on the 11th that was able to give my wife adequate relief and Satisfaction. Unfortunately we haven’t spoken with Dr. Hattemer since the procedure. The weekend process for emergency patients needs to be reviewed. The patient Dr trust is extremely important. However it’s difficult to trust this process due to the multiple doctors that are seen over the weekend. Dr. Hattemer due to his humble service will receive 4 stars from 1-star. I’m sure he is a 5 star Doctor. To B Continued.

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
