Have known Doctor Rubin for more than 30 years. Very competent at his profession, a wonderfaul opthamologist, very pleasant, respectful gentleman. Veteran of Vietnam, holder of the Bronze Star. HIghly educated and a pleasure to talk to and be examined by. Top notch in his files
