This guy has a Texas sized ego (well deserved) but that does not prevent him from spending plenty of time with his surgical patients during recovery and follow-up visits. Technically competent, very nice guy, pays a lot of attention to patient comfort. His manner of dealing with patients is something that all surgeons should strive for, plus he is technically competent.
