Dr. Hicks cares about his patient's health. He has an incredible wealth of knowledge in his field and also how the brain's sensory nerves effect your body. He is dedicated, and professional. He makes you feel comfortable and is easy to talk to. I consider him one of the top doctors in Maryland.
