DR Owens was my doctor at Henry Ford Health Systems in Detroit in 1999. I had emergency surgery and she was an excellent doctor and my surgery was a success ,she told me how to take care of myself and what vitamin to take and I'm still taking vitamin c /rose hips I'm 69 yrs old now will be 70 in November and in good health. Often wondered where she was just found out she's in Atlanta. God bless you Dr. Charlotte Owens
