Dr Nour was my anesthesiologist for a 6 hour spine surgery in February 2024. I am almost 68 years old and was concerned about 2 things: nausea and cognitive impairment over the long run following surgery. I am thrilled that I had no nausea whatsoever, which has been a problem in past surgeries which were much shorter in duration. I also have not had cognitive impairment and it's been 2 months since the surgery. Based on this I highly recommend Dr Nour as an effective anesthesiologist.
