My visit was a great experience beginning with the reception and everyone in the office; they provided great customer service. Dr. Ngongang is an excellent physician with great bedside manners. She was very thorough in explaining my diagnosis and the next steps for my care. She is very knowledgeable and courteous. Very caring and took time to answer my questions and my husband’s questions. I recommend her highly !
