I’ve met with Dr. Chen twice for an initial appointment and thereafter for an annual wellness exam. Despite scheduling SNAFUs, she found time to work me into her busy schedule and didn’t rush.I found this provider to be, above all else, professional and one that listens which is a rarity in my experience. Dr. Chen doesn’t seem affected by ego and maintains composure when addressing questions others might deem laughable despite the serious concern of the patient. I feel comfortable recommending this provider for general primary care.Note: when asked about “staff” in this review and only given the option of a happy or frown face-apparently because the rest of human emotion is has been reduced to just two emojis, it is impotent to note that my dissatisfaction is aimed at a single “care coordinator” working in reception and is in NO WAY reflective of Dr. Chen’s M.A., Sam, who I found to be absolutely wonderful in his care, level of professionalism, and humanity.
