The office is very responsive, he has called me with anything urgent to discuss options. His bedside manner is NOT warm and fuzzy but he has taken excellent care of my son. He is very nice to my son and speaks to him-not just me. His nurse is great and any time I have had an issue they have gotten right back to me. He has taken care of my son's Crohns and has been easy to work with. No complaints from us.
