Last November I had a horrible bike accident, I shattered my elbow and broke my humerus in two. Dr. Foglar worked his magic. I have had two surgeries now for the same injury and while I am a work in progress, I am optomistic even though my arm will never be the same. Dr. Foglar is a talented surgeon, has a fabulous bedside manner and truly cares. He is confident without being cocky and is very honest. His staff is courteous and kind, Carrie in particular knows her stuff and makes things happen. My one and only complaint is Dr. Foglar is always running behind, therefore I can't give him 5 stars but I easily would if it were not for this one nagging factor. I highly recommend Dr. Foglar, he is outstanding at his craft!!!
