Dr. Kwock was referred to me thru a different department within Sierra View Medical Center. There was a delay of a few weeks since she was so new to the area and facility. She was very definitely worth the wait. I found her to be very easy to talk to regarding my needed surgery, she was very professional and helpful in explaining completely and patiently the necessary steps, even checking out facts and percentages of success for my case to help put me at ease.She has a very caring and compassionate attitude to those patients in her care. She is a strong advocate for her patients and works well with staff assisting her. She was very friendly with an excellent bedside manner ... not all surgeons are, in my experience.She was exceptional in keeping me at ease before, during and after surgery. I had total confidence with her care of me ... so much so, that I'm scheduling a second needed surgery with her.
