I was very pleased with the way I was treated at Dr. Barnes’s office. The staff were very professional and courteous and she was very helpful to me. She listened to all of my symptoms and concerns. She was also very helpful even with the billing because I was concerned about getting more tests than I needed and overpaying. She was able to cut it down to just th tests that would tell us what I truly needed to know, so she saved me money and was very honest and forthright. She had a good bedside manner and seemed to genuinely care about helping me feel better. I was very impressed. I also liked the staff there. They were very helpful as well. Jessica did my scratch testing and was very personable and put me at ease.
