After a bad experience with a crown at another dentist's office, Dr. Vele was recommended to me. I contacted the office and was able to get an appt quickly. The front office person and the dental assistant were friendly and informative. Dr. Vele examined my mouth. He was very gentle and explained exactly what he had to do. The front desk reviewed my insurance and charges. The entire staff was professional and very patient oriented. You did feel as though you were the only patient there.
