Appointments since them have alternated between virtual and in person to balance hands-on evaluation and travel time. I have never felt rushed and my questions are all answered. The portal allows me to see his notes and they are very thorough. The one time I submitted a question after the visit, it was answered very promptly, apparently by the doctor.
