Dr. Hardy is a once in a lifetime find. He's the most knowledgeable, humble, helpful doctor I've ever met. Thank you, Dr. Hardy, for showing me how to get better, and unlock my genetic potential. His book also spells out all of his philosophies in detail, and in plain English for us layfolk. : )
