Reconstructive elbow surgery after an accident in India. Dr Allen was amazing, great result, wonderful bedside manners, was respond to emails almost instantly, even late on a Friday night. Sometimes wait time was longer, but it's because he gives you as much time as you need to respond/answer questions.
