I experienced a life change with dr. Heichel and his staff the wait did not matter because I also see doctor KIKkwa as well. Speaking for myself I don't have a problem waiting at all because I know how well these two particular doctors are taking care of me doing my appointment visit my appointment visits are long which I appreciate a long appointment visit because I know everything I'm going through the process with the doctors trying to find out what is going on with my eyes. Thankful Dr. Heic
