The best Ortho ever. Can't say enough kind words about Dr. Carter who treated my 3 boys over the last 6 years. Caring, knowledgeable, passionate about his patients' well being, well mannered, pleasant, great staff. Making profits is the last thing on his agenda, but caring and treating his patients is No. 1. I highly recommend Dr. Carter.
