Hello my fiancé used to see dr Hebert at howland primary care . If anyone knows how to get ahold of him now if he can please contact me in the email or comment on here where he is now.. We’ve been looking him up everywhere with no luck and have a serious question. He is no longer at howland primary care but we need to speak with him and no one there knows where he went. Thank you.
