Dr Smelley is a very down to earth man. He took his time with me me in the ER at Highland, Hospital, in Picayune, Mississippi. he listened to me and made sure I left the Hospital with some relief from all the pain that I was experiencing when I arrived there. Thank you Dr Smelley for your time, your patience and for taking good care of me tonight. I appreciate you
