I recently had Dr. Lam for a surgery and thought he was fantastic. Who wouldn't love a smiling face cheerily saying, "I've brought the cocktails." when you're laying in a hospital bed waiting to go into surgery? I had full confidence in him and so desperately needed that chuckle!
