Explains the procedure, answers questions, gets it done. Empathetic to my cancer diagnosis and understood my concerns. Cut and dry. No thrills, no frills, which I appreciate. Everything went exactly as expected. Easy to schedule with, good office, and easily located off the Katy Freeway. Methodist Hospital, where my thyroidectomy was, is phenomenal. Partners quickly return calls or messages if Dr. Prichard is not available. Highly recommend!
