Dr. Paladino is an artist! I have had trouble with my 2 big toe nails since I was an older teenager. I've not turned 30 yet, but I have had such pain that I removed my left large toe nail 2X (once temporarily and once permanently) and my right large toe nail 3X (first time temporarily, second time intending to be permanent, but grew back, and now finally and hopefully gone for good). I won't lie, the pain is a little more than tender during recovery, but the process was for the first time completely painless. Dr. Paladino talked to me through the whole process trying to distract me, but it was unnecessary. I felt nothing while it was happening. He popped off my nail easily. I, also, would like to point out that I chose Dr. Paladino for this procedure for his fantastic care for my great grandmother and best friend who lived to 103 years old. The office staff, including his wife, is professional, helpful, and caring. This office is who you want to take care of you. 5 Stars!!
