Dr. Parks is one of the most caring and attentive Worker's Comp doctors in Bakersfield. He uses is expertise to educate the injured worker and provide a well thought out plan of care. He is the sole provider in his office so continuum of care is always solid. The office staff is always helpful and friendly. His office is hospitable, comfortable, and accommodating.
