Patient Reviews
Mar 08, 2025
It was Dr. Sciria who happend to review the initial treadmill stress test results (referred by PCP after reporting with what I now know was angina upon exertion!) Dr. Sciria noticed something 'off' and, given my symptoms and 'younger' age (54) he acted right away to get me into see him. Things progessed quickly (within 2 weeks timespan) during which I had an echocardiogram (looked good!), a CT scan (showed the extent of blockage about 70% in my LAD aka The Widowmaker!), followed by the angiogram and stent procedure. It was a flawless execution of the healthcare system for which I will forever be grateful.

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
