I had knee replacement surgery on March 7. My recovery has been excellent! I am very impressed with the outcome of my surgery. My degree of movement with my knee has been stellar! My PT nurse says that in her 25 years of experience she has never seen such ability in all of my exercises. I’m getting around extremely well with the use of my walker. I honestly believe that I could walk without it with nominal pain. I’m doing so well that I’m looking forward to having my other knee done. I’m ready now! Thank you so much Dr. Tipton! You are the best! I read a lot of reviews from patients who have had TKR and I have to admit that I was very nervous about having surgery. The pain and inability to move much were the main complaints. My experience was totally different. I was able to move wonderfully! My nerve block lasted for almost two days and this helped me so much. I believe it made all the difference in my recovery. I will highly recommend you to anyone who is having a TKR done!Thanks!
