Patient Reviews
Jun 20, 2022
Apart for being an incredibly accomplished surgeon, Dr Kin is extremely caring and has a fantastic bedside manner. I was referred to her after being unsatisfied with my local surgeon. There are no colorectal surgeons in my area but I was happy to drive to Palo Alto to see Dr Kin. All in all, a very pleasant experience considering my problem… She answered all my questions before surgery and set me up for successful healing. Because Dr Kin is so busy you have to be quick and have your questions ready to go, otherwise she will be out the door to her next appointment. She kept a close eye on my healing in the weeks following and gave me the reassurance that my local general surgeon just could not. She is very busy but manages her schedule and has amazing staff. The office runs super smoothly and I never waited more than 10 minutes. I did not get many options with appointment dates and times but they got me seen when I needed it.

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
