I had an episode of horrible abdominal pain while working. After being seen in the ER, I was admitted with Dr. LAI for surgery. Dr. Lai is very compassionate and attentive. She spent a great deal of time talking me through the procedure and answering my million questions. She routinely checked in on me while I was hospitalized and made sure I was ok. There was no delay in getting relief medication or treatment. My follow up care went well and she made sure to let me know that she is available, if any concerns or questions arise. Dr. Lai has a wonderful bedside manner and is always pleasant. Highly recommend her for any surgical needs.
