First; Dr. Rosen is now at UCSF in San Francisco, CA. Dr. Rosen took over my care in the Spring of 2018 and I'm very happy with the result. Even though I'd been seen at UCSF for some years, his initial exam was very thorough and comprehensive including a session with the clinic Speech Therapist. Deciding to treat the current status of my condition meant that he'd be using a different laser and that can be scary for most patients. Dr. Rosen took the time to explain everything, make sure that I felt comfortable with the procedure we were going to use and answered lots of questions in the most gracious manner. Dr. Rosen takes great care to make sure that his patients are comfortable, informed and have their concerns not only heard but addressed. He also has a very good sense of humor. I'm very glad, as well as greatfull, that I'm his patient as the care is excellant. The staff at the UCSF Voice and Swallowing Clinic are some of the best, most caring and professional people.
