I’ve seen him a few times at Kaiser in Irvine and every single time he has been personable, very empathetic, and understanding considering how complex and horrible my disease is (I have Crohn’s disease). When he walks in I automatically feel my blood pressure drop and feel like I’m going to be in the best of hands.
