Excellent ! Dr. Cranford Jr. is knowledgeable, congenial and very professional. I have been plagued by hemorrhoids by for years and have had numerous visits several doctors and have had several procedures- Non as painless. I was hard to believe. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Dr. Cranford and his staff. Making and appointment was a phone call away. I was in pain and feared my visits due to past memories from others but in minutes his office staff and nurses had me relaxed and confident it wouldn't be what I had experienced over the years. Minutes later I met Dr. Cranford who not only convinced me BUT proved it with a quick and painless check up and banding along with some compound. I left for a flight to NYC three hours later with confidence I'd be to function normally and I did. RPM
