I saw Dr. Hsieh for continuing issues of acne and eczema when my other dermatologist was out of town. I am very grateful this happened. He kindly listened to all of my concerns, then addressed every single one of them, and sought out a solution for them all - within a 15 minute appointment. He did not disregard anything I said and really made me feel listened to. I often feel unheard or unsatisfied after Dr appointments - I know doctors are busy people, esp during COVID, I understand, and acne isn't REALLY a big priority - but he didn't act that way at all. I am very very happy with my care. I wish all doctors were like this. Thank you!
