Dr. Green is very efficient and very helpful. He took over my case after my original knee doctor passed away and he did very well as if he knew my history. But the desk clerk in the front desk in charge of appointments was very rude and did not help me in getting a follow up schedule and did not call back like she said to inform me of the status of my request. She hanged up.
