Dr. Kennedy is an amazing Orthopedic specialist! I have been under his care since 2019 to address severe CMC joint pain. Dr. Kennedy diagnosed both hands, especially the thumb joints, as having severe osteoarthritis and offered treatment options to mitigate the pain. We chose periodic cortisone injections and anti-inflammatory cream.After years of cortisone pain relief therapy, we discussed my future treatment and repair path.Dr. Kennedy offered a few different options for permanent relief. Together we selected the Trapeziectomy Tightrope Suspension procedure. First the right hand then 4 months later, the left. I am absolutely amazed at the results! It's a bit of a rehab, but wow, I am completely pain free. Dr. Kennedy will take the time necessary to diagnose you correctly, inform you of your options, and leave you knowing your treatment plan. He is caring and thorough.Dr. Kennedy has amazing bedside manner, which is so important when having surgery.
