Dr. Fernandes always provides excellent care and is one of the most caring and competent doctors. The VA is very lucky to have a professional with his abilities. Anyone who says otherwise has other motives. He truly demonstrates the core values of the VA, and I know first hand that he provides a better quality of life for most of his patients. Thanks!!
