Dr. Gaines is an excellent dentist and I have not ever had any issues with her services. She is very clear on what needs to be done, takes the time to talk about it with you so you understand. I do not, however like the fact that she moved from a private office to 2 Washington in Irvington NJ. The office atmosphere feels like a factory assembly line. I am trying to still figure out the need for an armed guard in a dentist office. She walks up to children and puts her hand on her side-arm to scare them. She is very threatening and gives the vibes that she ready to unload on someone. I have been putting off my check-up with doctor Gaines because I so detest that office. I am torn because I am considering switching dentists for this reason.
