Truly mystified by some of these low-star reviews, because my interactions with both this doctor and her staff have been uniformly excellent. I self-referred myself to Dr. Zhou because she accepted my insurance, and I'm so glad I did. I had an upper dental abscess that led to chronic sinusitis, which antibiotics alone were not resolving.At my first appointment, I waited less than 10 minutes to be seen. The receptionist was very kind. Dr. Zhou listened to my history attentively and explained her plan clearly. She ordered imaging, and when that report took 2 weeks to be read by the imaging center, Dr. Zhou's nurse Cynthia called that office repeatedly to get it read and sent over. Cynthia also kept in touch with me throughout this time to make sure I was kept updated. She was such a help!I am home tonight following maxillary and frontal sinusotomies and ethmoidectomy, performed by Dr. Zhou at MCLC, and I am very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend this doctor wholeheartedly.
