I participated in the 21-day Sugar Detox with Dr. Fratila. I highly recommend this program to anyone who is ready to get serious about their health. This program helped me to better understand the impact that sugar has on my body. I personally had more energy, less bloating and my joint pain virtually disappeared by removing certain foods from my diet. Dr. Fratila framed the program as a game and having her support and the support of the other women in our group was critical to staying motivated. Her daily emails guided us through the program and provided inspiration to stay the course. She also provided shopping lists and recipes and as we experimented with our own recipes, we shared them in our group chat. The weekly meetings were helpful to share our struggles, triumphs and ideas and the genuine support was the key. For anyone considering this program I would say it is not as daunting as it seems. Dr. Fratila’s approach to this program is outstanding!
