I was 8 minutes late for my appointment and they made me reschedule and the receptionist was rude and abrupt. Very very disappointed. I’ve been going there a long time and never been late. The Dr is very nice and I like seeing her but rescheduling because of 8 minutes is unacceptable. The office is never really crowded either.
