Dr. Lessner completed my LASIK in 2003 when he owned Millennium Eye Institute. He is phenomenal in ALL aspects. His staff was the same. His appointments were scheduled so he has plenty of time for his patients. He listens extremely well to all your concerns and answers them until you completely comprehend. To the old, sour, 1 star review.... It sounds as though you may have the communication issue. You should have been pro-active (do your homework) in your treatment which would allow you to advocate for yourself to the fullest. To accuse the doctor of your accusation is absurd !!! Not only was he very clear about how long the procedure could last, he was very clear about the possibility of needing reading glasses with age and any other issues that could arise with age. He explains so well that a toddler could understand. 22 years later I still stay in contact with his office and I still can hear his voice telling me that all the eye issues I have now could potentially happen.
