I went to the Baptist Health Hospital in Richmond, Kentucky this morning after a bad fall. The whole experience was very pleasant. All of the staff listened and were very professional and responsive to my medical issues. I was treated by 8 members of the hospital from the emergency room, radiology and billing departments. I was very impressed with all of them, especially DR Corey Pence. He was very pleasant with a great bedside manner. He listened to my situation, ordering tests and explaining the results in language we could understand.
