Friendly, helpful greeting from the staff upon entering a very clean, comfortable building. Very short wait until observation and testing was performed by the staff using obviously effective equipment and tools. Another very short wait until Dr. Ridner did his observation and discussed the next steps that were needed. All and all a very positive session!
