Dr. Wilson provides excellent care in the RRMC emergency department, with obvious skill and the smarts to effectively pinpoint a reasonable differential and arrive at accurate diagnosis, quickly. She is no-nonsense, with a down-to-earth manner and communication style that highlights her years of emergency medicine practice. Combine this with her honest empathy and integrity, and she really is something special. We're lucky to have a doctor of her skill set practicing in a hospital that doesn't always provide her with the resources to allow her to practice medicine to the scope of her capability.
