Dr Backs is extremely knowledgeable regarding prevention of diseases including heart, stroke, diabetes, reduction of bad cholesterol and elevation of the good. Basically a person's overall well being. His testing methods allow you to see your progress or areas that you need to discuss and work through. His non judgemental attitude but strong support makes such a difference in attaining your goals. Dr Backs has changed his own health and lifestyle and practices what he preaches. Therefore he knows what challenges you face with dietary changes and exercise/activities . His office staff are very friendly and approachable and always have a smile to greet you. I have had such a positive change in my health.
