I was a very nervous first time patient with several tooth issues, including some cosmetic damage that had caused me severe public anxiety. He was very reassuring and never once judged me or made me feel bad for having messed up teeth. He was relatable and had funny banter with his assistant, which made the atmosphere less tense for me. He did a superb job on everything. The office itself had very little parking and was slightly dingy and outdated, but didn't deter my experience.
