Patient Reviews
Aug 21, 2024
I was referred to Dr. Rabb for surgical consult after months of neuropathy and a CT scan that showed significant spinal cord compression in my neck. He explained what was happening with my spine in a way I could understand and reassured me that it was unlikely anything I did or didn't do that caused the issue. I did not feel pressured for or against any particular surgical option; he explained the pros and cons of a disc replacement vs fusion, and he also let me know the risks of delaying or declining surgery. His team was friendly and VERY accommodating when my employer started making me jump through hoops for FMLA. My surgery took longer than anticipated and his team updated my family periodically. Post-op, his bedside manner was perfect for me, and my follow up appointments were very thorough. I felt that he cared about my comprehensive recovery, and not just physical recovery to release back to work. I'm now almost 3 years post-op without any issues or complications.
