What convinced me to choose Dr. McAsey for my hip replacement surgery was his thorough review of my X-rays and MRI that indicated where the joint wear was located (not the normal part of the joint). He had studied the x-rays and showed me exactly the problem area, spending over 35 minutes explaining the problem. I immediately felt like he was very competent and caring. The surgery went smoothly (in and out in 6 hours!) and the incision was neat and healed well. Dr. McAsey clearly is an expert in his field.
