Dr Milburn is awesome, as are our hygienists. Ocean Drive Dentistry's receptionist, Marlene, not so much. We have been patients for two years, visit every 6 months and always treated the same by her. We thought it was just us, but had the opportunity to wait the last two times we were there, and saw that she treats everyone the same way - borderline rude and abrupt. Maybe SHE thinks she is being efficient, but she definitely needs to brush up on her people skills.
