His staff was great. Extremely friendly and compassionate. I was stressed out enough that we were having to see Dr. Selzman and his staff put me at ease. When Dr. Selzman came in the room he immediately greeted us and asked who my wife was. He then explained my condition while drawing on a white board. He was knowledgeable and thorough with details. He presented the options to correct my condition with the benefits and risks. I felt he had a great read on our moods and was serious when explaining medical things but also had a light touch when talking about me and getting to know me. It made me feel very comfortable. He also started and ended our interaction with a firm handshake and good eye contact. I did not feel that I was a case of just another patient. His assistant was great to talk with at the end of the appointment as well. Start to finish they get top marks from me.
